All Sales are Final except for Exchanges

To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny any exchange but will do our best to accommodate our customers

To start an exchange, you can contact us at michael@planeteuphoria.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your exchange is accepted, returning will 100% on the customer in terms of cost and logistics and a tracking number will need to be sent as well. The address is listed above. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as special orders or personalized items Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
